Delete your Charted cloud account

This permanently deletes your paired-sync backup and all shared trip links. Your local journal, exported files and copies already saved by recipients remain unchanged.

Enter your pairing key from Charted’s Backup and connected devices screen. The key grants full account access: keep it private. There is no key recovery.

Lost the key? Contact support@chartedapp.net. Accounts have no email identity, so we may be unable to establish ownership without the key.
